2. Vehicle information and prices
- We work hard to keep the vehicles, specifications, prices and specials on this website accurate and up to date, but mistakes can happen and stock sells quickly. A vehicle shown on the site may already be sold.
- Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. They exclude on-the-road costs such as licence, registration and delivery fees unless stated otherwise.
- Prices, specials and specifications can change without notice and are confirmed only when we give you a written offer or quote.
- Photos may be illustrative. Colours, trim and equipment of the actual vehicle may differ. Mileage and condition of pre-owned vehicles are confirmed at the dealership.
- Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. A sale is concluded only when you sign an offer to purchase at one of our dealerships.
3. Finance estimates
Finance calculators and monthly instalments shown on the website are estimates only, for illustration. They are not a quote or an offer of credit. The final instalment, interest rate, deposit and approval depend on the bank or finance house’s assessment of your application, in line with the National Credit Act.
4. Enquiries and bookings
Sending a form, booking a test drive or requesting a service date on this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm. Please give us correct contact details so that we can reach you.
5. Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, the National Credit Act, 2005 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
